I use the analogy of the ocean and the wave in a different way. The ocean can be likened to the allness of God. We are each individualized waves who are part of the oneness of God. Therefore, we have the same qualities of God – to co-create, to have dominion over our lives – but we are not greater than God.
I believe that the material world is not an illusion. It is a fact, but it is not Reality. The material world is a reflection of what we are truly believing about ourselves, about our lives, about our possibilities. We can use it to gauge what we think and then make changes within our own consciousness in order to have a different experience.
Thought is power. It creates our material world. The material world is not separate from our thought — it is an out picturing of it. By going within and tapping into our own Divine Wisdom, we can make decisions about our lives that are perfect for us.
