How much do you live your life fully, authentically, fearlessly? Are you happy? Are you holding back from your life? Are you holding back in your relationships, your career?
We put on events that challenge our limited beliefs about ourselves and the world. Everything we do is about waking up and waking up together. If you are ready to live your life with more excitement, courage, curiosity and depth come along to what we’re offering.
.
Be Spontaneous - new!
Encouraging each other with fun exercises to shake up our conditioning.
Safe, secure, predictable. Is that working for you? With some encouragement from each other we’re going to see how far out of our comfort zone we can play. In this class we will look for the places in each of us where we go on automatic, hide or play it safe. We will experiment with living life, fearlessly, being silly, being courageous, being expressive, really meeting each other. True to the title of the workshop, we will see whatever wants to happen on the day in the moment.

Developing Intuition
Experiment playfully with exercises to discover and train your intuitive abilities.
The afternoon workshop will consist of exercises to playfully experiment with discovering our intuitive abilities, tapping into the meditative space from which all intuition arises and sharing our experiences with each other. You will be amazed at the often outlandish and yet profoundly meaningful insights and visions that emerge from that unknown place in you and in all of us.

The Neuroscience of Meditation
This is your brain on meditation.
What you experience in your subjective reality has a direct relationship with what is happening in your brain. Knowing how your brain works can influence how you relate to your mental life which can change how your brain works!
In this afternoon we will begin to explore in laymen’s language the brain anatomy, neuronal processes and how we can use this information to benefit our meditation and our life. If you have any interest in consciousness, self-inquiry or psychology this will be a fascinating afternoon.

Sharing Group for Women
Amongst women, there’s a certain power that comes from a commitment to connect beyond our female conditioning. In my own journey I’ve been blessed with support from exceptional women and have realised I am one of them.

It’s my hearts delight to hold a space in which we can we can see and meet each other just as we are – however we are. To support each other in discovering more aliveness and truth within ourselves, and to let go of whatever holds us back from expressing that in the world. This group is about being simple, real, present and open with each other. We are not looking to fix, change or manage anything – or to be nice or smart with each other. Sharing our inner dialogue, we can see ourselves more clearly and experience whatever the moment holds.

Hey Baz,
How about doing one anyway? You could simply get in touch with people you know and feel in harmony with, and organize an informal group of your own. As I understand it, the Spain group’s concept involved no ‘leaders’ as such. I’ll join when I’m there next year!

From PaulsList@lists.paullowe.org & IMLtalk
Dear Mai,
Thank you so much for your enlightening words to PaulsList & IMLtalk on your trip to Spain with the Lucid Living group.
Quote ” and the whole morning we just sat there, in the big group, without figuring it out and I tell you, it was brilliant.”
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you, Veronika and Ryan could do a similar gathering in Byron Bay, Australia. I would for sure sign up for it. I’m sure many from around Oz & NZ would do as well.
Love,
Baz
